All prices displayed on this Site are indicative and subject to change without notice. Quotations provided via email or other communication channels are valid for the period stated therein (typically 30 days) and are subject to final confirmation. Prices may be quoted on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) basis as specified. Exchange rate fluctuations, tariff changes, and regulatory updates may affect final pricing.
No order placed through this Site constitutes a binding contract until confirmed by Huajia Machinery in writing. Specifications including LHD/RHD configuration, FOB/CIF terms, homologation scope, and PDI requirements must be explicitly confirmed before any deposit or payment is made.
All vehicle exports are subject to applicable Chinese export control laws and the import regulations of the destination country. Huajia Machinery complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to customs declarations, export licensing, and sanctions screening. The buyer is responsible for obtaining any required import permits, certifications, or homologation approvals in the destination market unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, vehicle data, and 3D model configurations, is the property of Huajia Machinery or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
